Services and Mission

Are you a Christian looking for professional counseling that integrates biblical truth and evidence-based psychological principles into the therapeutic process? Are you struggling with anxious thoughts, persistent sadness, the impact of painful experiences, or navigating a difficult season of life? Hardship and suffering are an inevitable part of living in a broken world, but you do not have to navigate them alone. My name is Faith Mackensworth, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Indiana. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University and have been serving as a mental health professional since 2019. I live in Northern Indiana with my husband and two daughters. I provide Christian-focused counseling for adults, adolescents ages 12 and older, and couples. My approach is grounded in a biblical worldview while drawing from evidence-based psychological principles and clinical practices. Together, we can identify unhelpful patterns, better understand thoughts and emotions, uncover beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and examine them in light of truth. My goal is to provide compassionate, wise counsel as you process painful experiences and move toward lasting emotional, relational, and spiritual growth. I work with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, abuse and neglect, sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief, stress, family and relationship difficulties, marriage concerns, mood disorders, phobias, and issues related to faith and spirituality. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and offer virtual counseling to clients throughout the state of Indiana. ## What Does Jubilee Mean? The Year of Jubilee was a time in ancient Israel marked by freedom and restoration. Captives were released, debts were forgiven, and people were freed from bondage. This practice ultimately points us toward the redemptive work of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. I believe that through Christ’s life, death, and resurrection, we are offered true freedom, forgiveness of sins, lasting hope, and an eternal inheritance in God’s Kingdom through faith in Him. Our deepest hope is found in Christ, and genuine healing considers the whole person—emotional, relational, and spiritual. Whatever brings you to counseling, I strive to offer a warm, compassionate space where you can honestly process what you are experiencing, feel supported and understood, and pursue meaningful change. I would be honored to walk alongside you in the ongoing process of healing, growth, sanctification, and freedom. **We are not designed to do this alone.** Reach out today at jubileetherapy.org. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.” Luke 4:18-19
